Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation? | Yes. Interim measures in view of confiscation are regulated under the special proceedings in the Criminal Procedure Code and they can be applied in cases when the confiscation of the proceeds is permitted by law under the condition that there exists danger, that such proceeds would be alienated. |
