Yes. A measure whereby mutual assistance requests may be made to place articles obtained by criminal means at the disposal of a requesting member state with a view to restoring them to their rightful owners.

Where the ownership of the property is undisputed, it may be returned under the 1959 Convention to the state where the owner resides. Also the return of property after handing it over to the requesting state for evidentiary purposes may be waived, if the restitution of the property to its rightful owner may thereby be facilitated. In other respects the provisions of the MLA 2000 Convention apply.
