Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

It is possible for competent Danish authorities to unilaterally provide information to the competent authorities of other states. The exchange of information is primarily regulated by administrative law. Information not bound by secrecy can be freely exchanged. For information bound by secrecy, the exchange must on balance be deemed to be justified in order to take place. The Danish authority may attach conditions as to the usage of the spontaneously exchanged information.
