Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation? | Yes, this requires obtaining expert reports. A report will be drafted by the relevant expert on the subject in question and can be transmitted directly to the requesting authority, or can be submitted under oath before a court if necessary.
Expert reports can also be obtained through police cooperation or directly from experts.
A fee is payable for the services of an expert.
