Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation? | Yes.
The Administration of Justice Act allows for statements from expert sources in cases involving technical issues. Such statements are usually given by the tax authorities, medico-legal councils, departments for forensic medicine and the like. Also expert statements from non-government sources are accepted.
