(a) See answer in paragraph (2)(a) of measure (101) (b) Police Law 73(I)/2004 empowers police officers to stop, detain and search any person whom he/she sees doing any illegal act or thing, whom he/she suspects of doing any illegal act or thing or of being in possession of any thing or whom he/she sees in possession of any thing for which a license is required under the provisions of any law in force and may require such person to produce such license. Section 10 of the Criminal Procedure Law (Cap.155) empowers police officers to search any person arrested.
