Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Yes. This measure can involve either a request to “loan” an undercover agent or the infiltration by a foreign undercover agent in the Belgian territory. Alternative measure: Infiltration by the agents of the requested State ( see fiche 201).
