However: the Helsinki District Court is authorized to decide when the case concerns: -provisional arrest, -consent of sentenced person in case of FD909 art 18(1)(f), -consent related to speciality rule according art 18(2)(g) and -adapting the sentence according FD909 art 8(2) and 8(3).

6. CONCISE LEGAL PRACTICAL INFORMATION |
a. Special requirements | In Finland the dual criminality is not a demand in cases of FD909 art 7(1). The Act on cooperation between Finland and other Nordic States on the enforcement of sentences imposed in criminal matters (326/1963) will apply on transfers between Nordic States.
