Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

No provision in national criminal legislation, but the measure is possible on the basis of international agreement regulating police cooperation. In accordance with the Article 41 of the Convention implementing Schengen Agreement officers of one of the Contracting Parties who are pursuing in their country an individual caught in the act of committing or of participating in one of the offences referred to in paragraph 4 of the Article 41 of the Convnetion shall be authorised to continue pursuit in the territory of another Contracting Party without the latter's prior authorisation where, given the particular urgency of the situation, it is not possible to notify the competent authorities of the other Contracting Party prior to entry into that territory or where these authorities are unable to reach the scene in time to take over the pursuit.The same shall apply where the person being pursued has escaped from provisional custody or while serving a sentence involving deprivation of liberty.The pursuing officers shall, not later than when they cross the border, contact the competent authorities of the Contracting Party in whose territory the hot pursuit is to take place. The hot pursuit will cease as soon as the Contracting Party in whose territory the pursuit is taking place so requests. At the request of the pursuing officers, the competent local authorities shall challenge the pursued person in order to establish the person's identity or to make an arrest.Hot pursuit shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures defined by the Article 41 of the Convention implementing Schengen Agreement.

Under the Croatian law cross border hot pursuit falls within the scope of police-to-police cooperation and it is being conducted in accordance with the international agreements regulating a police cooperation ( for example Article 41 of the Convention implementing Schengen Agreement)

Foreign police officer, may on the approval of the MInistry of Interior, act on the territory of the Republic of Croatia in accordance with Act on police matters and competences.In cases where this measure is regulated by the international agreement foreign police officers act on the territory of the Rpublic of Croatia in accordance with the provisions of that agreement.
