Cooperation with Eurojust

For the proper functioning of the EJN and for an effective assistance provided to national authorities, the EJN Contact Points are expected to establish and maintain contacts with his or her national desk at Eurojust.

In accordance with the Article 10(b) of the EJN Decision, the EJN Contact Points shall, on a case-by-case basis, inform their own national member of all cases which they deem Eurojust to be in a better position to deal with . EJN and Eurojust has published a Joint Paper that assists national authorities to decide whether to contact the EJN or Eurojust in a specific case.
